the staff are always very friendly and helpful.
Customer Service is HORRIBLE! I stopped going a year ago for the same reason & only went back because that’s where my contractor goes. Never again!
All I wanted was to have an online purchase(2 furnace filters), received by the So. Hurstbourne Ln today, be transferred to the Westport Ln. store today and they would not do it. So much for making easy for the customer.

Had a contractor pick up my materials for hanging a curtain rod- a total of 4 items paid for and explicitly listed on their “pick up in store” feature from the website. Half of the items were wrong when they got to my house-a 20 minutes drive away. They had been triple bagged and tied it closed so there wasn’t a clear way for them to have known that the finials weren’t my choice or the double rod was supposed to be a single. Thank you for having Santa in the store! He was so great and my pictures turned out wonderful! We were able to take some quick pictures with a fussy baby and do some Christmas shopping.
We absolutely loved this santa. We followed him from Bass Pro Shop. He knows how to talk to children and they loved him from the minute they saw him. I didn't like getting there before 11 am and they did not have anymore of the .99 cent poinsettias. Another reason I do not do the Friday after Thanksgiving shopping.
