This store is the worst! Inventory is out of control. Items out of stock all the time! This manager is really phoning it in.
Delivery and installation a joke! Will go to Lowes from now on.
RecommendedSensible message to Management. I have been doing business with Home Depot for about 15 years. Yesterday, I rented a pick up and a dirt compactor. The dirt compactor is very heavy and the attending person did not offer a lifter to put it on the back of the pick up. I don’t want to make this an issue but, what could had happened if I get injure? Thanks
They can improve by not shipping broken items. Making it so people can actually exchange those items seamlessly without their hundreds of dollars floating in purgatory for weeks. They can also improve by allowing online buying for store pickup to actually let you pick the item up whenever, after they've already taken your money, instead of holding your money/the item you already gave them money for hostage for 24 hrs. We ordered 5 large bags of potting soil to be delivered. They were never delivered to us, but aparently delivered to someone else...after several calls to Home Depot and Roadie, this has not been resolved, as no one wants to take responsibility for this!
I highly recommend Home Depot at Westport Road. We waited 6 feet apart while going through a speedy line. I was surprised to see how many people didn’t have mask, covering their face due to Covid 19, including some workers at the store working outside. The customers that come without mask get within 4-5 feet of the cashier. I hope they are safe.
This store doesn't know how to count... Ordered 90 bags of top soil yet received 30... on the pallet which was delivered by Home Depot - WestPort store per the driver.
Poor customer service and they have a Blue Santa!! Not cool,Santa is red!! y change up something thats not meant to change!!!
