Bought a water heater and didn't realize it was dented until we got it home and ready for install. They were more cosmetic dents than anything problematic, so I took some pictures and my receipt back to the store. Your customer service from Jim at the return counter was great! Easily resolved and the unit is working great. Thanks for the help.
Awful communication throughout flooring department. Managers Steve and Chris Oleksyn don't care about their customers nor do they extend an apology for their mistakes. The communication with their installers is ridiculous. After much back and forth drama for 6 weeks we canceled our $9,000 order and haven't heard anything from them since. Not worth my time. Horrible company!!
We were just at this store. Employees were not attentive and border line rude. Went to service desk waited in line. An employee behind the desk actually walked away without acknowledging us. Very Poor Customer Service. Another Employee tried to order patio set on their internal computer system. After awhile of standing in line waiting for their system to work my husband went on line on his phone and ordered what we needed. The employee didn't seem to care or notice we walked out. My husband and I visited your Naperville, IL store this afternoon around 1:15. You offer the service of cutting plywood, but yet offer no one to cut it. Two different home depot associates tried to get us help. We heard a page go out four different times with no response. After waiting 20 minutes, and almost at the door, someone finally came up to us, and said he heard the page only once. We continued to walk out and went to Lowe's, where we waited on immediately and politely.
They didn't keep up to their promise of time in installing flooring, wont give me my restocking money back. Told me to get something else like wood because they couldn't install tile in my kitchen. They debunct my first choice of tile and tried selling me the one that they say they cant install because it was too thick and my back door wouldn't be able to open. Said they would have six guys come out and only two came. Big mess. Store manager didn't return phone calls in requested time....very disappointed in the communicatio... read more
Hate the self check out. Feel like I'm going threw a traffic clogged toll booth. Less automated more workers.
