I don't recommend the Audrey Ave, Naperville Il location. I called NUMEROUS times during the day and no one picked up. It just rang.
I will NO longer shop at Home Depot! The place was packed with a bunch of idiots. No one was wiping down carts (didn't see any wipes to do it myself either) or practicing social distancing. I could count on one hand how many I saw wearing gloves (including myself). One guy stopped right in front of me to hack up a lung into his hand and wiped it on one of the rugs for sale! love this place and I get all my plants and plant supplies I wish there was one close to me
I will never buy not even a nail from any Home Depot ever. I purchased a washer and dryer to be installed before Christmas. The installer broke my water pipe which caused flooding in 2 places in my home and a plumbers repair bill. I have not been able to get my dryer hooked up after countless phone calls and even a visit to the store. I have had to visit the laundromat even though our have a brand new washer and dryer sitting in my laundry room. DO NOT BUT YOUR APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT!!!
Went there today and tried to find someone to assist me for over 5 minutes. Finally saw an associate who offered to help me. She was very short with me and was unable to answer my question. She told me to wait in the aisle and she would send someone else to help me. Waited another 10 min and no one showed. Went to customer service desk and there were lines there. doesn't matter where you shop you know I always have problems with service or availability I would say take it all with a grain of salt prices are different every where you can always find something cheaper or the same brand and it's all about how you want to hunt
