I normally don’t leave reviews, but I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this store. My dad and I drove out to buy a Halloween Gremlin after confirming one was in stock. (There were 4 avail)After nearly an hour of associates searching, none could be found, and we were told to place an online order in store instead. Weeks later, we were told it was “ready for pickup,” but customer service later said it was actually refunded because it had been sold out. Great customer service. Everyone's so very helpful recommend
Stood in line for 10 minutes mel on lane 6 at 2:36…. Just talking to the people in front of us making us wait with their backs to us because they knew it was taking to long and the only lane open.
