I enjoy this particular location, more staff or at least it feels that way. I've been to other location where it feels like the staff hide from the customers. Thanks for yet another lovely and hassle free shopping experience.
I’m a disabled veteran and had an unsettling experience at the Kapolei Home Depot on June 25 around 4:30 p.m. at Register 1. While shopping for a lightning charger, I was bumped by another customer pushing a cart with plywood, which triggered my anxiety. I hope management can improve how employees help navigate high-traffic areas, especially for safety and awareness. Situations like this can be difficult for people with health conditions. Please consider improving floor awareness and safety measures.
