I'm writing this as I've been waiting for someone to come and unlock a $40 handheld vacuum for me. We've been here over 10 min and my husband even went over and talked to someone to get help. I've scanned the qr code about 6 times. We are about to walk away and not give them their business. Ridiculous that there are batteries and tools worth so much more all around me and a cheap $40 vacuum has to be locked up.
They let me build a mock up of what I needed so I didn't forget something and when I checked out they opened another lane for me because I only had a couple of items. You have so many selections they helped me quickly find what I needed. Great people
Excellent customer service especially in the paint department. I must give a shout out to the paint expert Elissa.
