Ordered online for pickup. Within 2hrs my order was ready to go. Just went to customer service, they called for a helper and my lumber was then loaded in my truck. This saved me A LOT of time!
Lyriq was by far the best employee/cashier at Home Depot. She went out of her way to help me with something she could’ve easily had someone else do. This really shows how hardworking she is.
I wanted to say that I was very disappointed by the customer service at Home Depot today. I needed help in paint, 2 people just brushed me off. Then came along SANDY. She said that paint was not her department but she would figure everything out for me. She took me and helped me get everything I needed. Because of her I didn't leave, I made a large purchase and left happy.
