Racist delivery driver I have confirmed is still employed by home Depot and shity twisted lumber in shed kits. to quote the driver "black lives DON'T matter to me"
I have used the online shopping several times, the online services say that it would take at least 2 hours or a little more to complete the online order depending if product needs to be assembled.. My first bad experience was after 2 hours of waiting for a email to pick up my order I go to the store and found out that they haven't started the order so I gathered them up myself, 4 items... An hour and a half from the time I walked in to the time I walked out with 15 gal of paint...... Wow. Just Wow.
I was fired under short term disability while working for the Grants Pass Home Depot.The people that work for that store have the greatest customer service skills of all retail stores that I have ever been in.I am very sad to not work with this team .It was their corporate office that did this. Maybe a little further research on there part and they would have seen that I was keeping In contact with the store.Oh well live and learn. Happy new year. :)))
I was very disappointed to learn that the Home Depot Store in Ukiah does not give veteran discounts to Vietnam Veterans. I was impressed with everything else involved with my flooring and installation process purchased through the Home Depot Store in Ukiah. One day I hope that this organization will recognize the duty and sacrifice that my brothers and sisters made while serving in Vietnam.
You have a sign up to honor veteran but when you have a veteran come through you don't honor the 10% discount and tell them that it doesn't matter any ways case u dislike the armed forces. Even when they have a veterans card & the costumer behind me agrees that it should have been honored. Won't shop here again!
I will not shop at Home Depot ever again. The manager Greg was rude and disrespectful,that is bad business.
