I really don't know its messed up bad.
We have been trying for over two months to resolve an issue. Home Depot driver slammed 80 sheets of drywall into my garage, his load was way to heavy for the forklift, they had to pick up the sheets because of this because it damaged them all... still have not been refunded... called more then 15 times this is not an exaggeration Milt will not return calls! Nor answer them. Been on hold for 30:45 this time.. and still going, we had to fix damage to our garage ourselves
Special ordered a refrigerator. We have been here for a hour waiting for someone to bring it to us. Customer service is horrible. I will not be shopping here ever again!
This location, the employees' are very rude to people, when people call them on the phone! I just got done calling the headquarters' to file a complaint on this location! The Rep,: Liz, listened to me & I told her what happened to my bf, today, when he called the store! The employees' need to be trained better & not to be rude, snippy & snotty to the customers'! Customers' Are Always Right!! TY...
Have never had a question answered correctly from where products are located in the store or which products to use for a project. Save time by finding answers on youtube and order online with home delivery. Ordering to the store is a hassle and also time consuming. Youtube is your best option for answers. Mendo Mill is a better place to spend your dollars if you don't want to be funneling money into Republican campaign contributions.
I don't know if it's just a local store issue or not, but the customer service is terrible. The other day I was there shopping, and had no less than 8 employees walk past me and not a single one asked if I needed help. As soon as you come into the store, there's typically 2-3 employees just standing at the end of the isle talking. Occasionally you will get a hello, but that's if they even acknowledge you. If I were the manager, I would be having some serious team meetings and making some changes. Get it together
The customer service in appliances in Ukiah, is the worst. Half the time I cannot get anyone on the phone and the other time I do they are too busy to take an order and don’t call back. To the oven department: you have officially lost my business. Time to call Lowe’s. A week and a half of trying to buy an oven, is just not worth my time anymore.
