Customer service SUCKS. I never write reviews, but it was so bad I felt I should. They have 20 people standing around chatting but NO ONE would help. We had 25 sheets of drywall to load and they couldn’t help at all. Towards the end someone finally helped us load but as soon as we got it on our cart he left....even tho we needed help out too. I asked for the fork lift and for someone to help us over 3 times. Worst customer service EVER. And I’m not the only one to feel this way, from looking at the other reviews. Y’all need ... read more
I need some help. I ordered something on line ,.it never arrived.Nobody will help me.I am out$740.29.
Ordered 40 boxes of flooring, got email delivery was today between hours of 6am and 8pm, waited all day for delivery, no go, called supposed carrier XPO Last Mile, no idea who I was, no record of delivery. Called customer service(thats a laugh) they advised it was supposed to be a store delivery by Ukiah , info they had was they attempted delivery at 9am, no way as I was here all day, and they state on delivery information, it isn't necessary for anyone to be here as its an outside delivery. I bought 5 Gallons of Behr Premium Deckover Paint, for 165 Dollars. it Blistered and did not Properly Adhere. Home Depot refused to refund my Money unless I take pictures, and show them. Ridiculous not standing behind the products they sell.
Honor your price - just left the Ukiah store where I was told the Princeton shed with the sign on it tht says reduced to 799 is 899. The salesperson did offfer to let me pay only $50.00 dollars over the listed price. You just blew a sale, Ma'am.
This store is amazing. The front desk staff are super helpful and always ask if there is anything I need help finding. Every department has a key member that knows the products and can help you find something in another department. The manager was super sweet, Mel, and is totally community orientated.

Love Home Depot and this is a nice one
I've been waiting for almost 2 months for my appliances. Have been delivered damage appliances and they have missed my scheduled delivery day twice. It's a challenge to talk to a real person and most of the time the employees are rude. The 3 weeks they said it would take has turned into 54 days and counting. Would not recommend buying appliances from them and based on the lack of customer services I will be taking my business elsewhere.
