Went in this AM to buy some flooring.probably a $2000 order...but the flooring person just kept walking away from me. Had questions, but couldn't get them answered...no worries, i'll buy flooring somewhere else. If you want to sell flooring, cabinets or appliances, staff some people!
This store sucks and the customer service is even worse. I was told I could get my wood cut because they would be small pieces. Why in the hell don't they have a panel saw that has the right supports? BS!!!!! and the guy I talked to stood there and talked to two women for 5 mind before anyone would recognize I was standing there. then acted like he didn't want to help, had an attitude like "whatever" !!! Seen today that you guys were flying the American flag at half mast. Don't see that to often one of the many reasons I love this town!
The service was excellent, they were extremely helpful! They even re-keyed the door knob so we wouldn't have to get new keys made! Thank you Bob and Gary and keep up the great work!
It seems that veterans discounts are only lip service at this store...
