I've had several extremely bad experiences at the Home Depot. The first was 2 hours trying to find a water heater I had ordered paid for and qas in store. this was the first thing I ever bought from Home Depot. the next thing was three and a half hours buying a hundred bags of blown-in insulation and trying to rent the blower. renting the blower ended up taking them an hour and a half to get a supervisor cuz they didn't know how to rent it. today just now it was just trying to find the right door. no one was in the departmen... read more
A friend of mine bought some shingles from Redmond OR Home Depot not to long ago and the employee who was loadiing them was real careless and slid the bottom square across the top of the pickup bed instead of loadiing it from the back through the tailgate scratching the paint really bad and deep! Customer service is awesome! The store and employees went way above and beyond to help my husband who had an injury. They came to our house and built a riser for the chair he is going to have to use for near future. We couldn’t have asked for nicer people.
I want to commend your employee Elise for superb assistance and advice with a purchase. The previous day I'd had a very unsatisfactory experience with a salesman when I wanted to buy tile for my bathroom.
