I placed an order online at 11am, so I could pick it up before I work 2nd shift. As of 3pm, it hadn't been pulled. If I have time to wait here, I can shop myself. So I just wasted 15 minutes driving here for nothing since I have to come back tomorrow.
After purchasing a washer and dryer, the washer was installed incorrectly and sprayed water all over my laundry room. When I tried to contact Home Depot, it took several days before I could get someone on the phone to help me. The service desk people were not helpful and no one was ever available in the appliance department. I even tried to contact the manager but every time they transferred me, I somehow disconnected. I've had friends with similar issues. Now I know first hand.
Went and found me a brand new industrial fan and it was quick and convenient as I didn't want to go online and do it. So as per usual I was in and I was out and it was a good experience.
I went to pick up a can of paint. There was no one in the department to help me. I waited 10 minutes and went to look for a employee. I asked them to send someone to the department and finally after 15 minutes a guy finally showed up. Then a day before that my wife and I went there to look for carpet. There wasn't anyone in the department. I guess they will not be getting that carpet job that we needed done.
