Most of the people who work here are nice and very helpful, however there are a few that work in the paint department who need to take a class or two in customer service. We were rudely ignored for about 15 minutes yesterday when we only needed to ask a simple question about what base color was needed for the paint we wanted to purchase. My family and I have terrible service every time we come to the Home Depot in Cadillac! They need to train there employees better. Half of them can't even work the cash register!
