If you want to be treated rudely by the same employee multiple times and basically have them tell you that you and actual professionals you’re working with know nothing then come to the Cadillac store. You will be treated rudely, like you’re stupid and like they’d rather do anything than help you. This certain employee was finally reported and multiple people can confirm how he is.
I hate coming here more than anything. Cant get a straight answer about anything. Was told the other day that i could get help loading a tiller I was gonna buy, was just in there and bought it and then asked how long I had to wait to get some help loading it, the lady told me "We dont do that here, figure it out for yourself." I have never been treated so rudely anywhere. Next time I need something, I well spend the extra gas driving to Lowes or Menards in Traverse. Dont waste your time going to the Cadillac Home Depot.

Sorry to read all the negative comments about this Home Depot. I have been a DIY shopper for seven years. I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff. So, I decided to come out of retirement and become a team member. I can assure you the #1 thing I learned, is the Customer is #1. We are to serve you, to satisfy your needs and questions. Please give us the opportunity.
Ask for Veterans discount and was told it was on Memorial Day, Veterans Day or for disabled vets. Will no longer shop there, Lowe’s allows vets discounts every day
Great customer service. Always have what I need. Also my sons loves the kid workshops!
