Helena's Home Depot customer service is horrible when it comes to returns. I would much rather shop with Lowe's. They have a my Lowe's that keeps track of all your receipts. The layout of the store also makes it hard to shop.
I have especially enjoyed the "Do It Herself" workshops. Crystal Bagwell and all the other workers are so very helpful. I have made the 3 tier rolling cart, pumpkin planter, Christmas stockings, tiled framed mirror, etc. I hope to be able to enjoy many more projects.
Walk in get asked if you need help, and get asked frequently throughout the time your in the store. And my experience the other day a girl came up and had me hop over to her register for faster help. She was nice and a little flirty haha. Alexanna I think her name was. Anyways great help and service.
I gave this a poor. Used my card but never received a bill. Now I am getting calls that I can't talk to someone. When I call back I am told to pay by phone. I don't pay by phone or on line. Send me a damn bill
