We bought a LG LMXS30776S Refrigerator In Feb 2015. We paid 2600. for it. It stopped working The first of December and we been dealing with getting it fixed. It cannot be repaired. LG said they would send us the 2600.00 to replace it at Home Depot. Well guess what home depot will not replace exact same one LG LMXS30776S only they want 3600.00. I would just like you to know how upset we are with your service. We ordered flooring a month before Christmas and was then lied to about it when I called to check the status. So now we are two weeks away from Christmas still living in construction all because no one would tell us the truth. I got a call yesterday saying how it was my fault because the associate that helped us was not a flooring specialist, I don't see how that was our fault. Lied about prices, lied about installation, lied about returning calls, then pretended never to have heard of me when I demanded a refund on the deposit. Never setting foot in Home Depot again.

Ordered a Washer 2 weeks ago. The installer broke a water valve while installing the machine. He said they would be calling to setup a time to replace, but I ve not heard anything from them?
Got new tub and shower set. Full of calcium deposits or rust?
As far as rating Home Depot for store products and personnel in general I would give it a 5, but now seeing that your company is cowling down to the muslims I don't see a star lower than a one here. I will no longer set foot in a Home Depot ever and will pass this along to all my friends.
