How do I find out when my order is to be delivered? It was to be 07/02,then 07/03? It is for rock, and the delivery line has not moved. Thank you.
If I could give this location 6 stars, I would. Their customer service is exceptional. I especially like that a youngster like me is treated with respect and honor, not just seasoned contractors. (Maybe I'm just getting old..) We have been flipping houses for a few years now, and have been in every department multiple times. Every trip we receive quality care. Congrats HD for winning my lifelong dedication to your store!
We try to avoid this location at all costs, but attempted to purchase lawn mower oil on Sunday. The place where it should have been was empty. I finally located an employee who found another employee who both told us they should have it and that “truck team” must have misplaced it. They both walked away, we thought to locate it for us, never to return. We found one of them a few aisles down shooting the breeze and the other on his cellphone as we left without it. Went to Ace, they had it and even greeted us and everything.
Cody and Clayton in the floooring department were super helpful! Others in the store were friendly and ready to assist us as needed!
My daughter had a really good time best time to come when it starts.
Cashier messed up her register after our transaction was complete. We had a second transaction so had to go to different register. My husband was being honest and concerned that maybe the first one didn't not go through since she had shut her computer down and we did not get a receipt. Ended up being a total nightmare and run around back on forth for almost half an hour and found out it had not rang up and manager didn't even offer to give us a discount for their error and us being honest! Will NEVER go back there again.
Absolutely the worst! They don't deliver your order as promised. When finally delivered, if there is a problem with your product, they direct you to contact the manufacturer. When time is of the essence, Home Depot breaks the contracts with no resolution available. They have your $ so they couldn't care less!
