Good store, great staff! I shop there regularly and I recommend this store to anyone looking for the usual home improvement items.
I want to take a minute and thank The Olean NY Home Depot. My mother is on chemo meds and some how the UPS people screwed up and delivered my mother's meds to this store ( why? It's beyond me) but the Co workers there took it upon themselves to find my mother and contact her to tell them they had her chemo meds. They also were willing to have one of their workers drive my mother's medication to her personality. Was looking to buy a countertop and sink, associate Wes was trying to assist us. But supervisor Stephanie kept calling the associate away to assist her. Apparent, we aren't as important as other customers. So I'm going to see what Lowes has to offer. Just goes to show her professionalism leaves a lot to be desired.
Last 2 times getting 1/2 ton of stove pellets .I asked for help to load them on my truck and nobody comes to help.
It's unfortunate that they are the only large home improvement store in the area very tough to ever get help there and after spending many many thousands of dollars there this year they give you a rude time on wanting to return a high end Moen faucet that is defective
I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received from everyone I met at the Olean Home Depot! They were all helpful and knowledgeable. The store was very busy but they did not hesitate to answer my questions or send me to someone that could.
