For some time we have been buying wood pellets from HD. My husband is a veteran and we were given a military discount on the pellets. Now we are told that this discount is not allowed. I know it`s not a lot of money but it`s the point that all along we were given this discount and now it` not allowed. Is this the way the Vets are supposed to be treated, and senior citizens ?? they are alway short staffed. not enough employees to help customer. when we did ask a few questions, they didn't seem to have an answer or didn't know what isle the item was in. it's frustrating, but we still go there because we are a business and trying to fix up our own house. really the only place to go.
i just stopped in for some wood pellets, But, I really enjoyed the Chilli challenge. they all tasted great. even #7. ... my mouth is on fire. thank you

I live closer to Lowe’s but, I work in olean and love the experience of the Olean Home Depot. Associates that are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Had fun at the workshop, the ladies helping us were so friendly!
