I went in last Saturday around 11:30 to buy supplies for a small project. For some reason they decided that the busiest time of the day was the best time to stock the aisles and I could not even get a cart through the lumber aisles. I was in the store for about an hour trying to find the other supplies and it was the same problem all around, plus I never once got approached by an employee. I’m not even going to bother stopping at this store in the future.
Asked about having some chair rail cut and the nice associate directed me to the do it yourself cutting table... Awesome customer service !! Bravo!!
I was there twice today. I saw a young couple walk in maskless. Second time I had to return something , another young guy no mask in the return line. WTF Shame on you
Purchased defective Cabinet handles that are sharp to the touch. Tried to return them Today with my receipt (purchased just last week) and the store manager would not accept my return because I didn’t have the bag the handles came in. She claims she can’t resell them. Why would they resell defective handles? Store manager was very rude and had no customer service skills. I won’t be shopping here again.
When my father in law tried to use his military discount they would not allow him to use it because he doesn’t have an email. Way to treat a veteran .. this is disgusting! This is beyond unbelievable.. the manager was disrespectful!

What a dysfunctional mess it is in the Olean Home Depot right now. Employee at the one entrance was very rude also. I will not go back there.
Pictures are worth a 1000 words right??? P. S. If you can’t tell do NOT buy counters from Home Depot. They will tell you it is all laser measured and then you will get nothing but warped/ lumpy seams, 3/4-1/2 in gap between the wall and the counter (length wise), pieces of counter that don’t even line up and are uneven, and if you don’t watch their every move they will try to install two completely different countertops. Then they will tell you there is nothing they can do because you signed the paper when they installed it ... read more
