I love our local Home Depot. I tried to order and have something delivered and the online system was acting up. So I rode my bike out to your store and Angel took care of everything. She was sweet, knew what to do and scheduled the delivery. Thank you Angel for saving the day!
Home Depot Key West. Worst customer service ever. Will never use them again for a big purchase.
I went to Home Depot to purchase some gift certificates for my annual fundraiser here in Key West. Chuck who works the customer service desk was very very helpful and introducing me to the general manager who donated a wonderful plant as one of our prizes. I’ve always had great service in that store and knowledgeable staff.
I bought your 4 bags for $10 special for fourth of July and in the bags were a bunch of termite ridden wood chips. I get its a deal but i pay for mulch, not a infestation.
would not fulfill there contract, refused to pick up appliance, and would not deliver, charged my credit card, as delivered. they cancelled contract. refused to refund or credit credit card. would never buy another appliance at home depot anywhere.
PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IF YOU ARE BUYING APPLIANCES, ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY ANY PROBLEMS ARE DEALT WITH THROUGH THE MANUFACTURER. I purchased a new Samsung dryer. It worked for almost a month and then stopped. I called Home Depot and they referred me to Samsung Service. It has now been 17 days and one repair man. It will be another 5 days for additional parts and then what. I think I deserve a new dryer. They do not care that my laundry is piling up. They have my money and I don't have a dryer. *
