I went into the women’s bathroom today and saw an employee named Charlotte blowing her nose into the sink, on the mirror and the countertop. She then took her wet hand and smeared it over the mirror...as if to clean it. I no longer wished to use the bathroom. I was completely disgusted. With all the flu scares this is not cool. Super helpful people at this location. One of the few big box stores on the island that has just about every home need. The key maker needs some more practice.
Went in for the 1st time in months, hate going here because service is so bad( but ace hardware doesn't carry everything) Went into garden center, found only 1 employee in entire area and her line had about 6 people in it. Went into store found an employee who said she would call " Debbie " for me. Debbie never showed so back into store asked for help from 2 different employees, both claiming they didn't know anything about gardening.
