had a delivery of a refrigerator paid for it to be delivered and installed and they wouldn't bring it up the stairs they left it in the parking lot I called the store and they said oh we don't have a contract with those people anymore the new contract doesn't do stairs what where's the refund b**** you were paid to remove and install horrible job

Sugarloaf School is undergoing construction creating a new elementary building so our students have lost access to the playground. Our PTO wanted to paint a Brain Break on the cement for them and Anwar & his crew couldn’t have been more accommodating, helpful and kind. I understand the Keys are very relaxed. I couldn’t imagine dealing with angry tourists daily. I hate to write anything negative, but I just about had an out of body experience this evening. The girl who was checking us out on the east side of the building around 515pm on 3/21/21 needs to be trained again. Tried curbside pickup today. Used the online tool to announce my arrival three times over 25 minutes, then called, on hold for five minutes before being told they were on their way, my order arrived 10 minutes later. Total elapsed time from arrival 40 minutes. Huge waste of time. But heck, they are essentially a monopoly down here, so why Should they bother trying to give good customer service?
