Just went to Home Depot in Berlin to order countertops for our kitchen remodel.They wouldn't wait on us because we didn't have an appointment! Now on our way to Lowe's to order them and will be buying the rest of the remodel supplies at Lowe's too!
Worst customer service at any hardware store that I have encountered.
If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a washer and dryer from here and then the delivery date was cancelled 3 times and after 10 days still no product. Home Depot places all of the blame on the delivery company. Had to take off 2 days of work for scheduled delivery that was then cancelled and the only resolution was to try for a 3rd delivery and 3rd missed day of work. Horrible. Will not buy from again and will active encourage everyone I know not to purchase from here.
How can they sell things when nobody is working in that area Been waiting almost an hour for someone to get back from 15 min break Just because there are a few nice employees doesn't make up for the others not doing their job
