My parents are having an absolutely terrible washer/dryer installation process that has been ongoing since June 19. The installation company (apparently a contracted out company) have canceled delivery dates, have said they’d be there for certain date and didn’t call all day until 830pm that they’d be there in 30minutes... who accepts a delivery at 9pm?? And then didn’t show up OR CALL on the next scheduled deliver day. This problem is still not resolved and Home Depot is losing long time costumers.
I hate going into this store! Though there are a couple of nice, helpful staff members, most I have dealt with have horrible attitudes and have no business dealing with the public!
Third time is the charm...two HORRID in-store experiences, now a nightmare online experience. NEVER AGAIN. Home Depot is THE WORST.
Went to get a key made and two employees standing in the isle one on the phone with a customer another just standing doing nothing asked if I could get a key made and you could tell they did not want to help the attitude of this girl was ignorant and was very rude like she had to stop and help me was not something she wanted to do. Took less than a minute to cut the key and the looks and attitude I got was terrible. This is a common occurrence at this store these days.
Wife and I went to get measured for carpet last Wednesday around 3pm. I spoke to Rob and told him what we were looking to do and we had picked out what we wanted and he took out his calculator and told us approximately what it would cost. He told us he was trying to get off early and for us to talk it over and he would be back he came back with a pallet jack and stated moving a pallett to who knows were leaving us standing there.
