I bought a present for my brother, a Dewalt cordless drill, the charger quit charging. So he goes to exchange it for another, they don't have anything to exchange it with. So they wouldn't even let him just exchange the battery pack. So now he is out his Christmas present and they didn't even try to take care of the problem. It was a pretty simple fix, open up another drill and swap the chargers.
Man where are the employees. No one could help find white facia nails. Sent home with wife black. Go back and still no one to help. Spent 200 only to go to value home center where they helped and had the white nails. My store survey will be done and low on everything
I was looking for vermiculite a soil additive the web site says all home depot stores should have it of course not Meadville also I was told to try a different garden center good job home depot... NOT!
