RecommendedWas disappointed yesterday when I was this store. The mask rule was not being enforced at the entrance. I will not be going back anytime soon. If you put up a sign masked required then it apply to everyone.
I was very disappointed with my recent experience. I purchased a washer and dryer. It took nearly an hour to order them. I patiently waited until June 3rd to receive them. Only for the drivers to get lost. I called the logistics person but without knowing exactly where they were it’s kind of difficult to give directions. She couldn’t reach them anyway and I was given all of 20 minutes to figure it out or I had to reschedule. So now it’s supposed to come Tuesday. Great prices and associates
Better customer service because theirs SUCKS! I spent thousands of dollars on appliances and the order is all messed up. Ive only been trying to get the correct items and them installed since nov 1st. When I've called the store I got pushed off I called corporate got pushed off. I finally got a manager who was willing to talk to me and he cant even return a phone call. I hate that I bought my appliances here and if I didn't need them I would tell them to take them back and give me my money back and go shop where they treat c... read more

Credit where it's due. I was in Home Depot last Friday evening around 5pm. Waiting in line at service desk, with a long line forming in check out & customers behind me as well. Associate name Michelle was working both sections alone. & she moved through customers like clockwork, back & forth, & was able to take me to lobby storage for my package. She never missed a beat, never showed any distress, & did it all with a smile. Kudos to you Michelle. Good help is hard to find. 👍 More Saving, More Doing...
