Took the her work shop on Thursday 2/15/ 2018 Was a great class!!!
I had an episode a few days ago needing an ambulance. the girls who worked there would not leave my side. Employees like these girls should be cherished. I thank each and every one of them from the bottom of my heart.
A lot of employees,very little help,no one knows what's going on,I really try to be patient with service personnel, but I have to admit I was getting very frustrated.
I have never had good experience getting help, even when I know what I want. The employees can't be bothered. One day I ask 4 diffeeent employees for assistance and was told each time they didn't work that department. I finally ask who does and was told that person didn't come to work. As it was I left went elsewhere.
I went to Home Depot in Meadville PA to get top soil (800+ pounds).I had to ask 2 men (who were on clock; doing nothing) to help me because I have 3 year old in casted leg and had cart full. They didn't help in store to busy gossiping about shifts and coworkers, then stated will meet you at car and help load it when you pull up. NEVER came out and so I proceeded to load 22 (40lb) bags of top soil... Your customer service sucks, especially for a Mom who really could of used the help!!!
OK so first let me start off by saying I went to the do it herself workshop on Thursday night and it should have started at 6:30pm however it didn't. I went to find out why not and long story short they said they had to reschedule but then our "heroes" showed up and said they would do the workshop for us. So I want to give a big thanks to Russ, Jess, & Dan you three really stepped up and made a bad situation into a good one. We were out looking for an upright freezer. We had been to two other franchises in the area with no customer service what so ever! We got to Home Depot in Meadville and the salesperson working back in appliances was the nicest no the BESt associate of customer service I've ever had. Just want to give the shout out of a WOW!!! and have a magical year!
