Ugh! You're the worst for individuals trying to get a project done!
I love Home Depot. But I don't feel that I have to have 50 characters for a review.
I'm looking for some advice for my mother. She bought A Whirlpool washing machine from the Sequim HOME DEPOT less than a year ago with a one year service warranty. She has had to have an appliance repairman work on it five times now. Home Depot denies absolutely any responsibilty in exchanging or assisting her in communicating with Whirl Pool. She is completely disappointed with this model and would love nothing more than a replacement. Does anyone have any advice or expereince with these two companies? Now she has no washer... read more
DON'T buy from The Home Depot. Not only have we still not received a washer and dryer that we ordered a month ago, they are now charging me a restocking fee of 15% on a refrigerator that isn't right. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
We just left the store..they have one patio love seat left, would they discount it for us?? No. ..told me to wait a couple of days and maybe they would...what's the difference? ? Guess what? I'm done shopping there. .I was going to buy a.bbq and house paint there. .not anymore, apparently you could care less....
