The store is fine just know that the Protection Plans are nearly useless living in Sequim. Currently on my third claim for my dishwasher and I only had to wait one month for the second claim to be addressed. Can't wait to see how long i have to wait for the third one!!! Terrible, terrible, terrible service when it comes to their Protection Plans.
Our Sundays- sleep in 7am if were lucky. Drink our body weight in coffee make a do get list at Home Depot. Go to Home Depot spend hours maybe cry ( me ) then head home and stop at Frugals for dinner. Is it worth it? YES A huge shout out to the men and women of Home Depot and the kindness and patience they've shown us. Elliott House
By far the worst customer service! People really should stop settling and just stop shopping the box and shop local. Yes we were guilty of shopping there, but learned our lesson.
picked up an online order including 4 large sacks of mortar, 10 HardieBacker boards and other items. I was not even offered help out with it!! Thank goodness for an older gentleman in the parking lot who helped. The last time I came here to pick up an order the man behind the counter picked on me for the name on my order being messed up online. Just like every other HD, terrible. You're the only game in town, yet don't even sell parts for the stuff you sell! Now I have to go to Lowes in Silverdale (I live in Port Townsend, BTW) for the parts I need for the heater I bought from you. AWESOME. Also, your staff knows NOTHING of where items are located. It's fine not to know. What's not fine is telling people the WRONG location or not even bothering to find someone who might know. That's when you can even find an employee to ask.
