called in the morning (10:30) and attempted to contact someone who might sell me a dishwasher. After several attempts and no success, I left my number and asked that someone call. They didn't. I called at 6:00 pm and spoke to a male who again attempted to reach someone-couldn't. Asked if I wanted to leave a number and I told him I tried that asked to speak to general manager. He said he couldn't do that-the manager was in a meeting. This is a loose operation.
the "premium " lumber is crap, the only saving grace is that you can cull thru the whole pile, and i often have too half the employees are clueless and noone washes in restrooms because they only have those DISGUSTING hot are dryers blowing fecal matter and corona virus all over you
Horrible customer service. The woman who sold us our washer didn't even offer us the extended warranties for purchase as they are supposed to. She told us we would receive our washer within 7-10 business days. They received it in 3 business days and proceeded to keep it for 16 days without even calling me to set up the delivery. I only found out they had my order because I called them. They lied to me and said "we just got it in a little bit ago", only to minutes later confess that they had it in their possession for 16 days... read more
good stuff and great and awesome things to buy and have, also the store hours will be changing starting next week. So instead of 6am to 9pm everyday, and Sunday 7am to 8pm, and it will be 6am to 10pm monday through Saturday and Sunday 7am to 9pm
I was at a loss as to how to complete a project. As I stood in the store feeling completely inept and hopeless, Caleb came around the corner & asked if he could help me. He helped me figure it out and built what I needed on the spot. He was kind and cheerful, he actually acted as if he enjoyed helping me out. I'm a loyal person, because of Caleb, my hubby & I will now always go to Home Depot first when shopping home improvement.
They took our money for a new washing machine. Then they did not have the professional courtesy or smarts to call us for delivery. We finally had to call them. I have all new appliances to get, but NOT at HD.
