I HATE going into the store and have to wait because they have aisles blocked off. They must not want my business if I can’t get to what I need. I guess TH Rogers will be getting my money.
While in-store is ok. They have a hard time returning calls when your when orders are in; or getting back with you on quotes. This after being told multiple times they would call me. This has happened a few times. Just do what you say you are going to do!

we went to home depot and got stuff for water line. Had some left over and wanting to return them for cash. can this be done still???? Last time we did something like this we had to put it on a home depot card, we don't go there that often
We rent from Home Depot all of the time and last night was our last time. Last night we rented a carpet cleaner at 4:08pm with a 4 hour return time. The worker told us to bring it back in the morning (gave no specific time) since it would be closed after the 4 hours. We returned the machine at 10:12am (which I believe is still morning). The worker Ross P was very rude and sarcastic toward my husband.
