I was just in the store for almost an hour and not only did no one offer to help me as I lifted heavy items or reached for things on upper shelves, not a single employee ever even acknowledged that I was there. They walked by me and they looked through me, but not a solitary employee looked at me and asked if I needed assistance. No greeting when I entered-no salutation as I left-but I guess that’s okay as I had to be my own check out clerk too...
I've bought a ton of stuff from them but after finding out home depot sponsors Jimmy Kimmel and after he made fun of Melania Trump mocking her accent and mocking her reading books to kids I won't support any of his sponsors. Kimmel is supposed to be pro immigrant but like so many other Hollywood asshats it depends on political party
I love my appliances. Otherwise this has been the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had. Everyone is rude to us over a mistake we didn’t make! I order a stacking kit for my brand new washer and dryer in February Maybe around the 27th.. I spent a good amount of money... $2,500.00. My appliances didn’t get delivered until March 18th and the wrong stacking kit was ordered from the store. I called to see about getting the correct part and they said they had to order it. RecommendedVery Helpful. Friendly Staff helped us Find what we were Looking for. Got signs, Wood Screw Kit with Multiple sizes are Lengths as well as Exterior Plywood board’s to mount our signs on . And Purple Spray Paint 🎨 We had a Nice Checkout Experience. The Ladies name was Rebecca
Overall I have had a positive experience along with some knowledgeable staff. However they refuse to police the loading zone "lazy man parking spot". Complained numerous times and basically got told they were not going to do anything about it. Bought a trailer load of lumber recently on 3 occasions and had empty vehicles blocking the loading zone.
Nice staff that are always ready to help us find what we need! Kid crafts are nice!
Love my local Home Depot, they always go above and beyond being helpful!
So I need to give a HUGE rave to Cliff in the paint department!!! He helped us match a paint color by using a paint chip and he nailed it! Not only is the color perfect, but he was just so helpful, fun, and just a wonderful person to represent our Pittsburg KS Home Depot! Thanks again Cliff!
