Went to buy fence panels. The price was displayed as 54.97. When I tried to order them they came up 139.00. They refused to honor the displayed price. The manger even said she needs to get a new sign.
I bought a storm door from them. The installation fee was going to be 213.00 because the house was built before 1977. They said it was an upcharge for the lead paint. All the wood around the door is wrapped so there's no paint showing. I think that's a bunch of crap.
Went two weekends in a row to get window blinds. No one was available to assist or help cut the blinds either time. You would think there would be employees present, especially on a Saturday. Poor service.
Called them 4 times and they hung up on me. When I go in there I ask to speak to the store manager and get the run around.
was there from out of town and was told. by a cashiers I needed a mask on. I told her I. wouldn't wear one she proceeds to ask why!! I thought they due to 4th. amendment and HIPPA they couldn't ask those questions. so Home depot you better check yourself and your Brown shirt employees who are violating peoples rights to privacy!!!
RecommendedHelped me find the screw I needed to fix my table. Took the time to find just the right size. Also helped me find the right wrench. We'll keep shopping Home Depot!
Orderd flooring on 6\26\2020, paid for it that day. Told it would be in 7\1\2020. went to go pick it up today and was informed that it was unavailable and out of stock!!! WHAT?? out of stock? we paid for 11 cases! completely waist of time, no email or phone call to inform us. I will be contacting corporate about this.
I recently ordered materials for a fence. There was a huge mix-up. Matt Webster and Caleb went above and beyond to fix the issue. I spoke with Caleb several times throughout the week until he made sure I was satisfied and received what I needed. Rebecca and crystal were also very friendly and helpful!
