Home depot in Cleburne has the nicest most helpful employees.
Had a hard time again finding an associate to help. When we located one they were very pleasant and helpful. The store is a great store, they just need to hire more help.
Went in this evening looking for a propane torch. We were told they didn't have any even though online it showed 3. They already turned away another customer earlier looking for the same thing. We walked around and found them in the tools section. The workers don't know their inventory!
John and Jessica were very helpful finding us a good, reliable smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector. Thank you for being so courteous. Every time we shop at Home Depot they are all very helpful .
The best Home Depot store around. Toi Hughes Wilson is amazing. We have had issues w/a window order & an online order. She went above & beyond to help us solve the problem. I would have seriously banned shopping here after our issues if it hadn't been for her!! If customer service outside of the Cleburne store would take lessons from her they could learn a lot!!
All I did was ask for assistance from a worker and he acted like I was bothering saying rude shit like "I'm not employee" I'm getting my supplies from Wendy's from now on
