Purchased $2200 washer/dryer set. We made the choice to purchase the white set because there were hundreds in stock. We chose our own delivery date. 2 days before that date they called and moved it to 2 weeks and 2 days later. Upon that delivery they delivered a damaged washer. So we refused it. Called 3 times to get a new delivery date and they had to call Samsung(even worse customer service) to see when a new one could be sent out. It was going to be another 2 1/2 weeks. Curbside pickup is a joke here. I waited outside on the phone for over 15 mins. Watched while 2 other vehicles pulled up and waited also. Finally had to go inside and wait for another 5 minutes while the clerk finally got off the phone to assist me. Never again, customer service is at the bottom of the list here. Disgusted! What a waste!
We purchased a washing Machine 2 years ago from the Cleburne Home Depot and bought the extended warranty My Washing Machine went out on May 17. They have been to our house 5 times for service calls and still my washing machine does not work I am still having to go to Laundry for over 2 months no one calls to say what is going I have to call Premier services in Grand Prairie( that is who the Warranty to cover the Insurance) to see when they are coming or what is going on.Premier Services has ordered several parts they have se... read more
Warning to Veterans!! If you used your military discount for the Memorial Day paint sale you can expect to be denied your rebate, even though you may have been told by store employees that you would get it. The promotion could not be used with “other offers”, which apparently can somehow be interpreted to include your military discount. Please pass on to other veterans!!
Helpful staff, descent prices, alot of selections
Home Depot delivery service stinks. Worst customer service and store manager is no help.
I won’t ever shop at this Home Depot again. We were delivered 4 different dented up dryers over 2 months time. My husband couldn’t take off anymore work and he lost 4 days of work over this, so they refunded a whole $100 that I have YET to see and we now have an eye sore dented dryer. I requested twice that delivery drivers checked the appliance before wasting our time. And the lady acted like it was funny that they were refunding only $100....Cleburne Home Depot is a joke!
