RecommendedWhat awesome customer service we received today. We were having such a difficult time with a happy guy gift card that clearly states good at Home Depot. The girl at the service desk who I believe was Ana Took the time to call the gift card 800 line to try and work it out, but they were still no help. I went online and ordered a grill. I spent $800 on it. It included free delivery! After I ordered it I got an email confirming it would be delivered between 6 am and 8pm...14 hour window. Thank you for shopping with us but your time isnt important! Wait for a phone call all day instead of doing anything else. So we got the phone call saying they would be there in 30 minutes. Are you serious? Closed at 3pm on a Sunday when people are trying to take advantage of the beautiful weather and get outdoor projects done?? We are supposed to be reopening the economy. Smh Menards is across the street taking all your money. They will get all of mine now too.
Extremely disappointed in this store's policy to COVID-19. As a healthcare worker, I was alarmed to see only two employees wearing a mask. The rest of them were scurrying around, oblivious to the fact that they could very well be infecting the entire store. I won't be back.
Spent in the past 2 years over 20,000. Appliances, construction stuff etc. Then stove that goes out 1 years o,d and they don’t stand behind it. They can take their card and shove it. I’m done.
Thanks a lot to Home Depot for sending crappy delivery men who decided they were in a hurry and told me they were setting $2500 worth of merchandise in my driveway right before it’s getting ready to snow. Worse part is I was home for the delivery and asked them to put it in my garage. Worst service ever!
