so i go to take the home depot survey and i feel in the information and the survey has nothing to do with home depot or the employees. it was asking me personal questions like do i have a checking account, am i on medicare. that is none of home depots business. if you want to do a survey then do it about the employees. we went to the one in ft smith arkansaw and the employees were very helpful and directed twice to where we needed to go. the cashier was very happy and smiling and we enjoyed our brief visit with her. it was a... read more
Deepest thanks to the Festus Home Depot for their hospitality toward all the eclipse watchers on Aug. 21st! We (and many others) were able to park around the outer areas of their lot and enjoy the celestial show. Some employees even circulated through the crowd to have out-of-towners sign their eclipse t-shirt. Thank you for allowing us to be there!
They were so helpful. Someone was always asking if we needed help. We ran into a few hiccups checking out but it was not the gentleman's fault it was computer. He fixed it quickly by sending us up to the front while calling them to let know we were heading up there. I do wish they would label there products such as the tile. We had a hard time finding the actual tile you purchased that matched the demo up on the wall. I have been working with Festus Home Depot in regards to my laminate floor installation. This is my first home improvement project as I am a first time homeowner. I have called and asked many questions. Today I spoke to J.G for about 25 mins and he throughly went over my quote with me! I appreciate his time and I am looking forward to completing this project with the help of Home Depot.

I needed slats made, due to the manufacturer did such a lousy job with my son's bed. A gentleman not only helped me but he cut the boards perfectly for me! And so funny and polite - he made it a pleasant experience. �
