Online ordering is a joke. By the time they bring your order up, you could have come in, gotten everything off the shelf, and been loaded and gone. They should probably leave the online business to Amazon. They actually know how to get it right!
went in today to get price on cabinets for entire kitchen. Not 1 person in there today including the asistant manager could give me a price. I even had the 3D drawings with the cabinet sizes. SERIOUSLY and to top it off he was extremely rude.
This worker went above and beyond in helping me with a work helmet. This guy should be given a raise; it is workers like him that make customers happy! I can't remember his name but his a out 6 ft and is in his mid 40. Thank you guys
Amazing. I just called the Home Depot store in Festus looking for an item. The "associate" proceeded to tell me what aisle it was in. I had to tell him I was on the phone not physically in the store. Home Depot needs to have non stoned employees on duty.
