Absolutely no customer service on two separate trips
RecommendedHad the unsettling experience today of realizing my credit card was missing. After searching my purse and car to no avail, I remembered that I last used it on Monday for a return at Home Depot. I called the store and to my surprise, the young woman who answered the phone remembered me and had waited on me that day. She was as happy as I was to tell me that indeed, I had left the card there and she had tried to locate me in the store, but I had left. Contacted them yesterday regarding the installation issues with our refrigerator that we purchased there. They couldn't help us! I guess we'll have to look elsewhere in the future when we need something. We did find someone close to home that helped us this morning!
Sad when you spend a lot of money here but they don’t have $2.00 for your change and have to wait 20 min for it
Charged us for a faulty floor sander that caught fire. Obviously was broken before we received it. Lost a customer for life!
