Would like to give a good review but at this time, I cannot. I purchased a washer and dryer on Aug 20th. 3 weeks later the paid for item has still not been delivered. Every department I talk to puts it on someone else. I have only received 2 call backs from Managers out of at least 12 phone calls made in. Both times I was told the situation would be resolved and then I have not heard anything again. Really disappointed. We bought a new fridge, which didn't work. It has been nearly two weeks and despite calling everyday to ask the status, this has not been resolved. In the meantime, they sent a "loaner" apartment sized fridge, which fits very little. Most of our perishable food has gone bad.

I have always had excellent service till now! Back in February I purchased a 2100.00 refrigerator. It had been damaged so I went to the store. I was Promised NEW doors. Every time I asked about them, " someone else took them"! Several times this happened. FINALLY the same Manager said she would replace the entire frig. Also, a rebate. On my way out, I purchased a gazebo by Another Manager. Stopped in to see where the gazebo was, I was told nothing in the computer says I ordered a gazebo. I even showed my receipt.
