To keep it short web page for the Rutland store saying you had the item I was looking for. Get there and you didn't have it or even a location for it. than was told you never had it. than thad to buy something else to get the job done and spent more than double than what I would have. I think its the old bait and switch. not the first time and I am not happy at all. need to call the Better Business Bureau. Tired of getting ripped off.

According to HIPAA laws it is ILLEGAL for you as employees to ask any one why they are not wearing a mask, you are NOT allowed to request some one to wear a mask, and you are not allowed to ask a person why they are wearing a mask! Cannot enter garden center from inside building and bags for your items must be purchased
Please, do not use their online ordering! Save yourself the trouble. For the third time we ordered items for store pick up. They notify us the item is ready for pick up, we get there and guess what? ITS NOT READY FOR PICK UP! They havent even pulled it yet. So I just cancelled the order. I'm tires of driving 20-30 mins for it to not be ready. Lord, we need a Lowes around here!!
