Went to buy paint. After standing at the counter for forever and giving two employees chatting with each other the what the h.... look one of them walks over and says “ there is no one here that can help you....well there is but it will me a really long wait”.

Bought a washing machine from them last Saturday (5.19.18) was supposed to be delivered yesterday (5.26.18 between 10:30 am and 2:30 pm according to text 5.25.18). Got a call from the driver at 12:28 pm said he would be here in 20 mins. No show, called 800# (1:42 pm) got automated message that the delivery was delayed. Called 877# at 2:55 pm and spoke to rep who said the driver was delayed, he's at stop #5 and I'm stop #7 still no delivery.. Called today Sunday right to the Rutland store, they can't do anything till Tuesday ... read more
Absolutely horrific! Dented refrigerator -wouldn’t fix, exchange or make right for my mom. Ordered wall oven on line, too small-apparently .com chooses Rutland as delivery source who won’t do anything to exchange! Pathetic they allow Eric in appliance to speak on their behalf. NEVER AGAIN!
I wish every Home Depot was like this one. Super clean, shelves organized and stocked and displays that fit beautifully. Cooperate should pay attention. I had to drive an extra half hour to get to this one cause the dump in Lebanon was out of stock on a common faucet part. I liked it so much, I went back the next day with my wife to get other stuff and she agreed.
I ordered 2 Lamppost for Christmas, They stood true to their word and it was delivered in time.
