Pro-desk goes above and beyond the call of duty, work with you until all of your questions are answered. They do not rush or make you feel you are another sell for their notch on the belt. The two associates I talked to in the flooring department, were full of knowledge as far as their departmental products go. You could tell they are more on the seasoned side of sales as well as customer service.
