most of the time i hate going to Home Depot, because no one is ever around to help and when they are they have attitude and give you the rolling of the eyes because they have to help you. Yesterday we went to pick up more building supplies and the lady at the register on the wood side was very helpful. It was my first pleasant experiencei have ever had
Worst customer service I have ever gotten. No one around that wanted to help, cashiers playing on their phones etc. Will never shop this store again
We were in the Home Depot store several months ago I had my 8 year old granddaughter with us and they were doing a rain gauge class for kids. We did not have time to participate but one of the nice ladies asked her if she would like to take it home with her and make it later. We did take it and finally got around to completing it today. She had so much fun and felt very accomplished putting it together. Thanks for seeing her interest and getting her involved!
They never have any cedar lumber. The one in McKinney always has it. They have to order it in Paris. I can't wait so I'll drive to McKinney 70 miles
Good selection of plants but customer service is nonexistent. I took a basket full of plants into the garden center and asked two people on duty if they could identify one of the plants for me. They both replied, "I don't know anything about plants. " Very poor staffing choices Home Depot.
They had a lot of new flowers that had just came in. We had a wide variety to choose from and the prices were good also. I like shopping at Home Depot and don't like shopping for some things. Sometimes is hard to get someone to help you and sometimes they aren't very knowledgeable at all. All in all they're okay and I like shopping with them.
