Today when we started to load the deck boards we had just bought into my truck, 2 young men Brandon and Bernardo came up to us, and started loading it for us! Get your store together. No one is on the floor working, you sell carpet that you have no clue when you will receive it. The few employees working are overworked. You have 2 checkouts. Your store really needs some management in it. I will return to Lowe's for major purchases from this day forward.

Friendly staff; great selection of goods. Went in today looking for a particular item. Couldn't find it but a nice employee named Janice asked if she could help. I told her what I was looking for and she took me right to it. It was up high, but Janice got it down for me, and loaded it in my buggy. Helpful employees like Janice are exactly why I shop there.
The people in the appliance department was awful. My parents came in there trying to spend money on a new fridge and the 3 that we’re back there were NO HELP at all. Finally after a bit the last that was over cabinets offered to help. Step up Home Depot or Lowe’s will be getting their business.
getting your order in time it's been month and still haven't hot it
Our refrigerator was supposed to be delivered today, no one showed! They were suppose to deliver between 3-7pm no call, no show. We called customer service and they they weren't helpful.
