I'd like to preface this by saying that my complaint is toward The Home Depot company itself, not necessarily the Zanesville store. Some of the Zanesville store employees have been nothing but helpful. However, my whole experience with The Home Depot has left much to be desired. Use local vendors that don't charge in excess of 800.00 an hour and provide inferior work. Re-Bath is a good example of their lack of ability to provide quality work. The work is shabby and excessively overpriced

Don't order anything from here. Ordered a washer and dryer. Been waiting over two weeks. Free delivery means you don't pay nothing. And after two weeks, that's what I got nothing. First their excuse was the weather. Then they said the warehouse was out if stock. They added, "Wull, we don't deliver it, we contract with someone fer delivery." I could have had it delivered from South America by now. Bastards.
Zanesville Home Depot is AWESOME..... Long story short - Newark Home Depot would not honor their price on a frig. We had a picture of the price sign and the sign showed it was good for four more days. New signs up, showing new price and discount gone. Manager told me she would not honor the price, but would give us $100 off as a customer service. Fast forward a couple of hours, after I had cooled off, go into the Zanesville store and ask about purchasing the same frig for the price on the sign we had a picture of. No problem... read more
We love the shopping experience at Home Depot! The staff is always eager to help, the store is always tidy and well organized. Favorite hang out!
Kudos to the store manager and every single employee that had a genuine smile and laughter today on Black Friday!!!! What an amazing team!!!
