HOME DEPOT SHIPPED MY ORDER AND MY PALLET BUSTER WASNT IN THE BOX AND I OPENED THE BOX UP AND NOTHING IN THE BOX I FEEL PRETTY 😡 😡 😡 RIGHT NOW HOME DEPOT IS A DANG JOKE THERE STUPID I WAS LOOKING FORWARD DOING WOODWORK WITH pallets and the UPS GAVE ME THE BOX AND THE BOX WAS FREAKING EMPTY HOME DEPOT NEEDS TO GET THEIR STUFF TOGETHER
I was very disappointed with the associate who waited on me when I went and bought a lawn mower. I told him that I had never mowed the lawn before and I was just starting out. I guess I just assumed that with knowing that I have never used a mower before that he would have voluntarily given me some information instead of me having to keep asking. All he wanted was just to get the mower sold and get me out the door as fast as possible. Felt very rushed.
Have customer reps that can help people instead of having people wasting a hour and getting nothing fixed
I get the help I need and returning unused material is not a problem. I deal in the Pro end .
The guys working at the paint department today were so HELPFUL. They went above and beyond in helping me with my paint conundrum.
Great time with kids craft!
