If you're going to advertise that you're going to be open til 7 pm on Sunday. Be open, not close at 6pm. I mean really, a company as big as yours doesn't have a person that reviews your website and social media account?

I was in the store on Wednesday night, I went in there looking for some paint for the interior of my house but I was not sure on the colors I wanted, once i found the color i liked, I ask the Lady for the color but could remember well the name of it because i had found it in the showroom screen so she was very impatience and even walked away after she made a mix and I told her that was no it, and other gentleman help me out and asked her to come back and she said she had thing to do and that I didn't even know what I wanted!... read more
Today, Home Depot in Souderton, PA donated an air conditioning unit to a local veteran that was in an immediate need of assistance. The manager on duty is truly an amazing human being.
I reside within a mile from the Quakertown Lowe's and for convince that's where I would shop. Yesterday I was in the Souderton area so I stopped at your store. I felt compelled to write based on the level of service I was given. I am a weekend warrior when it comes to home repairs. Two of your team in two departments were very friendly and knowledgeable of what I needed for my projects. Before I could leave I was asked by two other clerks if I needed assistance. Thank you.
