We ordered an exterior door which was not installed correctly. Home Depot blamed the installer and the supervisor of the person that installed it blames Home Depot. Save a lot of money and aggravation and go to a genuine door company that will install correctly.
Two times in a month we have been to the store to order closet doors. BOTH times not a single person in the area to help. TONS of people waking around ask them for help and nothing. Oh someone is on their way. And no one shows up. Go to customer service and they were no help either. Very irritating.

We ordered a lawn mower online. delivery was scheduled three separate times and each time the delivery never showed up. We cancelled the order and now they are saying we have to go into the store to get a refund, for the merchandise we never even received. We don’t want to risk getting COVID19 or spreading germs to the Home Depot staff. You should provide refunds online or over the phone during this time. Not during the virus. The self checkout doesn't clean the register after each customer like every other store I have been to.You have to grab a scanner ,scan everything then get your money or anything else.If you ask they will give you a little hand wipe but will not offer it to you.
At HD yesterday, there was a long line at the contractors register. I had to use the self scan. I couldn’t believe that you had to use the gun scanner. When I was done I asked if they wiped it down, I was told they didn’t. How many others used that gun scanner in the last couple hours? Eeeeew
Do not order floors from Home Depot! We first ordered floors, waited a few weeks then were told those were out of stock. Finally found new ones we liked, paid for them and were told they were being delivered that week. They never delivered them. Called and store manager stated the floors are actually on back order and they will not be delivered for months. After multiple complaints, they said they would expedite the floors.
